Chris and Julia have been making Bliss English Toffee from scratch since 1998, adding smiles, laughter, and a few good stories to each batch. The Toffee is made following an old fashioned recipe, hand mixed in a copper pot over an open flame.  Each gift box opens to beautifully placed toffee, which promises a mouth-watering response!
Chris was trained as a confectionary cook in his younger years.  When Chris and Julia started dating, she said, “Really…prove it!” and he did.  Chris made a few batches of toffee and sent it to Julia’s family for Christmas.  Life has not been the same since, the demand has grown as people taste and fall in love with this simple, yet elegant candy.  Chris and Julia live, work, and make Bliss in Anchorage, Alaska.
